When the principals at Tiger Home Inspection of Braintree Massachusetts wanted enhancements made to their company website, they had every confidence the team at Interactive Palette could provide the thorough and efficient service needed to make it happen.

To best address Tiger Home Inspection’s specific needs, Interactive Palette set up an initial meeting where a flow chart and client questionnaire were provided to assist in identifying areas of importance. This course of action allowed the team at Interactive Palette to determine navigation aspects of the enhanced website and also to establish preferred design elements. In so doing Interactive Palette established a strong sense of trust with Tiger Home Inspection…in both their technical and creative expertise.
Regular “step by step” updates were provided as Interactive Palette developed the “new” website, ultimately resulting in a Beta site that allowed the Tiger Home Inspection staff to preview all enhancements and provide feedback before the site’s actual launch.
Prominent features of the enhanced site include the creation of a Content Management System (CMS) to meet Tiger Home Inspection’s unique business needs; a key component of the CSM is a comprehensive inspector search to allow searches by name, location and inspector identification. Other salient improvements to the site include search engine optimization to increase web traffic; a new company Facebook page and company blog that allows posting articles to Facebook; increased efficiency in managing Spanish and Portuguese translations on website literature; and establishment of a Google analytics account.
Also created was a “Home Inspection Tour” page that details the entire range of inspection services provided by Tiger.
“Interactive Palette gave us a website that is state-of-the-art, comprehensive, easy to use and has enormous visual appeal,” said Rizzo. “Not one detail was overlooked – everything from a photo gallery of our services to customer testimonials is now incorporated into our site.”
Interactive Palette additionally designed and built a mobile website for Tiger Home Inspection; through the use of this optimized version of the main website – which quickly displays on a wide variety of “smart phones” and alternative mobile platforms – clients are permitted easy access to inspectors’ contact information.
