
When Milton Hospital needs to give its website a periodic “face-lift”, there’s no question as to where to turn.
“We’ve worked with Kevin McNally and his incredible team over the past six years, always with great results,” says Jason Bouffard, Public Relations Manager at the Milton, MA based hospital, a clinical affiliate of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Interactive Palette held an initial meeting with Bouffard to best determine ways to modernize the hospital’s website; that strategizing session resulted in a completely new and professional web design, one that includes integration with Facebook, streaming videos, and links to pages that detail how to make donations to the medical facility.
“Interactive Palette also retro-fit our website with a Content Management System (CMS), so what used to take a full day to accomplish now takes a couple hours,” said Bouffard. The enhancement features a dynamic menu system and site-wide search capability and allows designated staff members at Milton Hospital the ability to edit content and upload images and PDFs.
Content Management System training provided by Interactive Palette was “great” said Bouffard, noting that “Kevin McNally and his staff were always available to go over things as many times as necessary so we can use the system with ease and comfort.”
With the addition of the CMS hospital staff now has the ability to maintain consistent up-to-date information, thereby leveraging the website’s search engine optimization to increase web traffic.
“Our new and improved website is attractive, current and easy to navigate,” said Bouffard. “And with the Facebook feed on the website’s home page, we are seeing consistent growth in our number of Facebook fans.”
