When principals at Kirkland, Albrecht & Fredrickson, LLC recognized the need to update the firm’s website design and manage its content internally, they took a recommendation from PR First, their public relations agency, to hire Interactive Palette…and with exceptional results.

At the top of KAF’s wish list was a Content Management System (CMS) to allow designated staff the ability to edit content and upload images and PDFs in house without having to go the costly outsourced route. The CMS installed by Interactive Palette is complete with a new dynamic menu system and site-wide search capability, thereby leveraging the website’s search engine optimization to increase web traffic.

“To have control over our site is not only convenient, it’s gratifying to everyone within the firm because they know that requested changes and updates can be made immediately,” said O’Connell, noting that “the Interactive Palette team was beyond helpful and patient” during CMS training sessions.

The completely redesigned website has drawn “a lot of compliments from clients and friends of KAF” with Interactive Palette meeting the challenge of “a clean and uncluttered” website that maintains comprehensive and up-to-date information. Eye-catching photography on each page provides additional appeal, making for a website that both KAF and Interactive Palette can take pride in.

“These days a company’s website is crucial,” said O’Connell. “Oftentimes sites are loaded with information and visitors become lost or disinterested when conducting searches.
